Each product page features a detailed 'Size & Fit' guide. Since our sports gear ranges from compression fits to relaxed hoodies, we recommend measuring your chest and waist and comparing them to our specific garment dimensions for the best performance fit.
What is your return policy on worn workout gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Items must be unwashed and free of any signs of wear or sweat.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer Express Shipping (1-2 business days) for athletes who need their gear quickly before a big event. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are Bench products moisture-wicking and squat-proof?
